Application for Full Membership in the Katy Amateur Radio Society is open to any currently licensed amateur radio operator with any class of license.
Associate Membership is also available for non licensed amateurs
How to apply for membership or renew an existing membership
For renewals skip to step 4
- Complete the membership application a fillable Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) document. Save the file to your computer.
- Please send the completed application to treasurer@katyars.com
- Sign up for the clubs general email distribution list on groups.io here
- Pay the appropriate fee for the class of membership using Paypal link below

Dues can also be paid by check. Please make the check payable to Katy Amateur Radio Society and bring it along to any of our meetings
or mail it to Katy Amateur Radio Society, P.O. Box 200, Katy, TX 77492
When submitting dues via PayPal, please add your Call Sign/s to comments block below.
Please note the “New Membership $5 ” payment option is for those newly licensed Amateurs joining part way through a year.
Renewals must pay the full $20 or $15 depending on the class of membership.
Important information about on-line purchases:
We have selected Zeffy as our primary on-line payment processor due to the fact they impose no transaction or processing fees to the club. While you will be prompted for a processing fee this fee is OPTIONAL for the buyer.
When prompted to select a processing fee amount, you may select “Other” and enter the digit zero to avoid paying processing fees.
The default amount is 17%
PayPal is still an option, but they charge the club a fee
